SOYA MILK

Soya milk is extracted from soya beans using modern technology and can be made to taste great while containing all the nutrition of soyabean. Although it does not taste like dairy milk it is tasty in its own right. Soya milk can be handled and used much in the same ways as dairy milk. Besides being rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, soya milk is lactose free, cholesterol free and low in saturated fat. Soya milk can be made into hot and cold beverages like coffee, tea, fruit shakes, ice cream or can be used as such.

Soya Paneer (TOFU):

Tofu/paneer is the most popular among all the soya milk products. Paneer is made by coagulating hot soya milk and removing the whey.
